"Sex-ED" Turtle Bisque (Pair)

This piece is unglazed, unpainted bisque. Great for painting with acrylic or ceramic glaze. (If glazing fire to cone 06 once complete) When painting with acrylic paints wipe with a damp clothe first and let dry. You simply cannot go wrong with this paint your own ceramic; make it a family or group project or simply make it a unique gift for family/friends.
All of your products are handmade by us and your order starts being made once received.

Make it a Kit-

Kits include, two brushes, paint pots with lots of paint to complete your piece, and a brush on sealant to complete your piece when done! All you need is a water cup to clean your brushes between colors.

Due to high demand we do not have a current photo of completed turtles, we will up load when we've caught up.

Photo shown is the colors that will be used on outside of shell, underbelly will be cream/yellow and anatomy will be detailed.

***Finished Pieces* are glazed with underglaze and sealed with a clear glaze (food safe if applicable).

(These pieces can go both indoor or outdoor; ex: indoor decor, dishes, garden decor, yard decor etc.)

Why the 3-5 week delivery time? It is handmade!
What does that process look like?
1. Ceramic Artist pours liquid clay into a prepared mold.
2. Let the clay dry long enough to be able to open mold and remove.
3. Let it dry enough to be cleaned (remove seam lines/ correcting imperfections).
4. Dry completely.
5. Fire to cone 04 and cool.
6. Ready to ship to you!

You don’t have to be a seasoned or trained artist to enjoy painting these fun pieces. (We started as “garage artist” in our spare time)
